Ethical standards
Code of ethics
Ethical standards in the ERBI Group are extremely crucial because they reflect our values and rules that we follow in our business.
They are an integral part of our corporate culture that allows us to build trust and lasting relations with employees, customers and business partners. By respecting ethical standards and human rights, we contribute to creating equal, genuine and safe working environment.
We created the code of ethics to reinforce our daily activities. It is also an instruction on how to behave properly in our company.
Any deviations, irregularities or vague situations should be reported in order to take the appropriate steps and remedial measures.
We are the SEDEX platform members. SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) database is a globally known platform used for the exchange of information about ethically sustainable production in the supply chain. SEDEX database enables members to support provider management and reduce risk through information exchange.
Erbi was evaluated during Smeta ethical audit. It is a common, standardised assessment process used to analyse the practises that determine the ethical and social responsibility of providers and producers in the global supply chain.
Erbi was also evaluated by EcoVadis platform. It allows the practises evaluation and provider’s practice regarding the Corporate Social Responsibility.
