Quality policy ERBI Sp. z o.o. is a modern printing house producing a high-level quality printing goods. Pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cosmetic industries are the main recipients.
ERBI Sp. z o.o. is an offset printing house that specialises in the production of packaging and leaflets for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
Strategic goal which results from the mission of our company is to deliver our Clients the packaging materials of the highest quality, produced according to the principles of Good Manufacturing Process (GMP).
All production processes are realised in such a way as to guarantee the product safety and care for the environment at every stage of production.
Meeting Customers? expectations ans aspiring to remain the leader in the production of packaging materials for pharmaceutical industry, determines main directions of action and development of our company.
To realise the mission, ERBI determined the following general aims over the next few years:
- extending strategic customer bases from the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries,
- maintaining the high quality of produced goods,
- expanding employees? knowledge and awareness in the field of production processes for produced goods,
- systematic reduction of the negative impact on the environment,
- obtaining a sustainable profit from goods trades, ensuring the growth of the company.
In reference to the established aims, ERBI Sp. z o.o., management obliges to:
- guarantee all the necessary resources in order to maintain and refine the integrated administration system,
- guarantee appropriate and safe production conditions of packaging materials for pharmaceutics,
- search for new and possible solutions which will improve the production and increase the safety of produced goods
- applying the GMP rules in accordance with the requirements of the PN-EN ISO 15378 standard,
- constantly fulfil customers requirements, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 15378 norms and constantly improve the effectiveness of the applied system in accordance with the requirements,
- prevent pollution and environmental disasters,
- constantly fulfil legal and other requirements, including environmental standards.
